AnimeVibesAI displays advertisements through third-party services such as AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the presence of these ads. You acknowledge and agree that AnimeVibesAI is not responsible for the content of third-party ads, and your interactions with those advertisements are at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnimeVibesAI and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico.
